   Menu 

   Needs 

   Actual tea service

     Setting Table

     Proper Linen and China Selection 

     Napkin Folding and Placement     

     Proper Tea Service and Utensils

     Familiarization of Tea Selections

--PARTY SERVICE AND WHAT THAT MEANS

--SERVING IN A LADIES HOUSE

   Exercises Might Include:  

    Ironing 

    Household Organization

    Floral Arrangement 

    Laundry 

    Linen, etc.

--PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE

   Preparing and Serving a Luncheon to a Lady.

All of the above exercises will be done in uniform 

under the supervision of Miss Stephanie and Sissy Stephanie, 

The Head Maid of The Sissy Castle.

COURSE FEES FOR MAID TRAINING:

  5 ½ Hours $550.00

  Overnight $650.00

 Overnight includes private room
